Malcolm did a fantastic job of looking after Albert. He had to put up with a lot of adolescent puppy behaviour and was extremely patient when Albert was playing up. He kept me informed at all times and really went the extra mile (literally) in managing Albert. Thank you!
Malcolm collected Cece from our home after we had already left for the day, and gave her his usual great overnight care at his place.
My dog Paddy has just had a wonderful 4 night stay with Malcolm and has returned very happy. Malcolm always looks after Paddy with such kindness and care. Paddy is a 12 year old dog with some special needs which Malcolm understands and caters for with real thoughtfulness. Malcolm takes Paddy out on lovely adventures and sends lots of photos and message updates which really gives me piece of mind when I am away. It is obvious that Paddy is really happy staying with Malcolm. Malcolm is very reliable, punctual and professional and I know Paddys already looking forward to his next visit. Thank you Malcolm 😊
Thanks Malcolm for minding Rolo. It was Rolo's first experience of an over night away from us since we got him as a 2mth old puppy so understandably we were anxious for him to be settled with a sitter who is both experienced and caring. It was a success and Rolo was well taken care of, plenty of walks and attention from Malcolm. Malcolm is easy going, communicative and critically Rolo seems happy and thriving in his company.
Meeting Malcolm beforehand it was clear from his questions that he was very caring and keen to understand what made Finn tick, which is very reassuring. He kept me informed during the stay, and clearly did everything he could to mitigate the super hot weather. More than than happy for Finn to stay again
I booked with Malcolm at short notice and he provided superb care for Cece. The details of Cece's routine were followed more closely than I manage sometimes!

Schedule
My schedule is very flexible so I can assist at any time during the week, dog walking and local visits are very welcome and I love having pets in the home too, so boarding works well

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fence that can be placed in the garden when pets are here, works well with dogs, but not for cats! Also I live near Blackheath so take dogs on regular walks, if boarding there is also the option of longer walks if dogs are ok to travel in a car
A typical day
I like to meet your pet and then decide what will be fun for each individual. I like to ensure that any pet in my care is entertained suitably and has lots of time for walks (as required)
