Malcolm: I have had both cats and dogs since I was born. All of them rescues, and there has been a lot of them. Not only have I cared for my own animals, but I was always the go-to family member when someone needed help. I have learned a lot over the years and I would say I have a kinship with animals. Elvira: I have had 20+ years having cats, dogs and birds, and as a trained Naturpath I am always on top of helping them heal naturally. I am also an animal communicator and enjoy connecting on a deeper level with all animals. In my experience, I have found that each animal is unique in their own way with a specific personality and purpose. They all bring a different meaning as to why they are with us and have so much to teach us. I also have experience administering subcutaneous fluids and oral medications.

Well we have 2 cats and a dog of our own, and they are quite friendly, so at our home - it would depend on the animal. As far as the clients home, we are both available to help. Malcolm can stay over if needed, but we can both drop in.

This was our second time booking with Malcom and Elvira and we have nothing but great things to say about our experience. They were easy to communicate with and accommodating even with a last minute booking. We were kept us up to date with lots of pictures and videos of our fur babies. They went over and above, and even made sure to check that we made it home at the end of our trip. We will definitely be booking again! :)
Malcolm watched our pets for the weekend and was great with our 2 dogs and 2 cats! Would definitely recommend!

Schedule
It is very easy to jump in and help. Between the 2 of us, we are both almost always available. We both work from home and if one person can't make it, the other one can.

- If they are friendly with other dogs. It is not a dealbreaker as we have, and have had dogs, that are very protective of us and our family, so we have experience. Any health issues are good to know too, and routine. It is easy to learn about them pretty fast and what their needs are.
