I just started becoming a grooming apprentice as of April 2025, I am making my way to be a groomer and I work every weekday from 7:40am to around 3-4:30pm each day. I am a part time college student. I have classes on Wednesday and Thursday nights! I am available everyday of the week besides the nights I have class form 6–10. On Sunday I go to church from 10:30/12 so that’s the only time I’m busy on Sunday’s as well! I’m looking for a full time job so my hours may change here in the future!

A typical day
I love to exercise myself so I would be more than happy to take your dog on a walk around the neighborhood or even take them to a dog park and let them take out all their energy playing fetch or any game they feel like playing!

Pet care experience
I have worked at an animal clinic before so I have experience with cats and dogs of all sizes and breeds! I have also helped with some of my friends and family’s animals while they have been gone! That includes bathing, feeding, walking, and spending quality time with them! Animals is one of my biggest passions, and I hope I can be help to your family! I just recently got a job as a grooming apprentice making my way to be a groomer as well!

If you’re looking for a dependable person to care for your fur babies, I would hands down recommend Makynna! We know her and her family personally and they are all amazing, caring people. We’ve had Makynna pet sit for us on several occasions. We never had to worry about the care our doggie received while we were out of town and we knew she even went above and beyond to give him extra love to ease his anxiety.
