I’ve grown up surrounded by animals and have wonderful memories of caring for different types of large dogs throughout my childhood. At one point, we had as many as six dogs at home, so I’m very comfortable caring for multiple pets and understanding that each animal has its own personality, needs, and routines. I’ve also cared for cats and rabbits belonging to friends and former housemates. During the pandemic, I provided long-term care for a family dog whose owners were temporarily unable to travel with them due to the travel restrictions at the time. For me, caring for a pet is about much more than feeding and walking them. I want them to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and at home while their owners are away. I’m patient, attentive, and happy to follow each pet’s individual routine.
