Experienced and Passionate Pet Care
Working Wonders K9 officially began in 2024 but its roots run deep into the heart and the history of Kenna the owner. Throughout her childhood, she trained her pet dogs in obedience and could often be found learning agility and tricks with them side-by-side! As an adult, this passion lead her to train her rescue dog, Luna, as a service dog after developing an autonomic nervous system dysfunction that took away her safety and freedom. Under the guidance of a service dog trainer, she began learning the basics of training a working dog and found a calling. After apprenticing with a training company and spending much of her free time researching dog body language, training methods and training techniques, she opened Working Wonders K9 with the goal of making service dogs accessible to disabled individuals and helping pet parents train and build a strong relationship with their dogs. She offers knowledgeable pet care as well as training and support in obedience and behavior modification.

I offer knowledgeable and experienced pet care in the clients home. I have a background in veterinary care and dog training and have devoted many hours to understanding dog’s body language in order to care for them better. I provide on leash walking and oversight in homes and backyards to make sure each pet is taken care of and gets the love and attention they need!
Ratings and reviews
Kenna has worked with 2 of my large dogs. She was successful in teaching them boundries, a must for large active dogs. She's always shown herself to be kind, loving and professional. Her passion for her charges is obvious in the way she interacts with her client pups. She also offers services to help evaluate prospective adoptions for both family animals and service animals. Her own service animal Luna is amazing in the way she supports Kenna. I've seen her work in busy spaces and her behavior is exemplary. Hight recommend Kenna for your family pet.
Kenna Hagin seems to have a six sense with animals. She has a way to calm them down the animals seem to know she is there to help them. They have an understanding. Animals are drawn to her. She has a loving tender way about her that has such a positive effect on them. She is amazing person and an amazing pet care giver.
Makenna is WONDERFUL!! Not only is she a skilled dog trainer, but she also has such a kind presence about her. She has watched my cats several times, and even my skittish “dust bunny” kitty loves her!! 100% my go-to pet sitter every time I need one! She is incredibly attentive, has a moderate veterinary background too, so she knows what to look for if any health concerns happen. I can vacations comfortably knowing that my baby girls are being cared for by Makenna.

Schedule
I currently am attending school full time and have my own dog training business where I help clients train their pets in obedience and provide solutions to problem behaviors. During the day I have plenty of time to devote to pet care and making sure each pet gets the time and attention they deserve!
