WOW!! I had a complicated situation regarding the care of my dog while I was on an almost two-week long trip. Makenna couldn't have made it any easier for me. My dog, Tigerlily, loved staying with her. When I arrived to pick her up, I could see she was completely comfortable with Makenna and was very happy to be with her. Every dog owner worries about their dog while in the care of a dog caregiver. I received a steady stream of photos from Makenna showing the little adventures they did together each day. One day included a doggy spa day. It was adorable. It very much put me at ease and I could enjoy my trip without worrying about Tigerlily because I knew she was in good hands. I want to keep Makenna all to myself, but I also feel that other dog owners should get to experience the highest level of care available that is provided by Makenna. I've already scheduled another sitting session with her. I'm sure Tigerlily can't wait.
Makenna was amazing! She was able to accommodate a last-minute, same-day booking, which we really appreciated. She was kind, a great communicator, and sent us lots of updates/pictures throughout our dog’s stay. We felt our senior dog was in great hands! We’d definitely book with her again!
