Makenna house sat with my two dogs (one is a puppy!) and I was very pleased with her service. She was able to stick to their specific diet, and routines. I was particular with how to handle my new puppy, and wanted to make sure her routine and training was consistent. I felt very comfortable with her in my home, I returned and it was just as I left it. She was very communicative, gave me updates, and I was very impressed with her ability to handle both my older dog, and puppy at the same time.

Makenna was awesome. She was so flexible with my last minute booking for my little pup. Her apartment was clean and set up for a little one. She was communicative and spent time with my dog prior to watching him for the first time and let him warm up to her. She was very calm and gentle in her approach. She sent photos during my trip and let me know how he was doing because he’s a pretty anxious dog. I was able to enjoy my trip being confident he was well taken care of.

Makenna did an excellent job taking care of my Cavalier King Charles spaniel, who is a one person devoted dog (to me), and is therefore, heart-broken when I leave her. She gave her plenty of walks, and took her with when she would be gone longer periods of time so she would not be lonely! The house was just as I left it and she was very responsible. It was a pleasure to come home to zero issues. I would hire Mckenna again for Lucy for certain!

Makenna has watched my dog many times, and I cannot recommend her services highly enough. My dog is quite large and can be intimidating to some people, but Makenna was entirely comfortable with him from day one. In addition to his size, he has special needs and struggles with mobility. Makenna is incredibly patient, always taking her time to ensure he is safe and comfortable. While he still thoroughly enjoys his walks, he requires a very slow, deliberate pace—and Makenna accommodates his needs perfectly without ever rushing him. Her genuine kindness and compassion toward animals are evident in the exceptional care she provides. Whether your dog is big, small, or requires extra specialized attention, you can trust Makenna to treat them like her own. I am incredibly grateful for her service and will absolutely continue to book with her!
