Hello, my name is Makena Bright, and I am currently an online student studying Aviation. I spend most of my days at home! Which means I have optimal time to spend throughout the day caring for your pets. My significant other also works from home, which ensures someone will be with your pet at all hours of the day! My house has a fully fenced backyard with plenty of grass for your pups to run. Throughout high school I worked as a vet tech, and I have been a volunteer/ dog walker at the local shelters! This has taught me how to care for a variety of dogs and cats from all different background's. I would love the opportunity to care for your animal! I require a free “meet and greet” before I commit to caring for your pet! This will allow me to meet you and your animal to ensure it will be a good fit. This makes sure I will be able to provide the best care for your animal.

Makena was absolutely wonderful! Ive never boarded my pup before or been gone from him for so long. She sent pictures and videos that helped ease my nerves and showed my pup was having a great time. She treated him like family. I've already booked her for our next trip later this fall!

Growing up I have had the opportunity to be around a variety of animals. This has taught me what is required everyday to ensure a dog is comfortable and thriving in their environment. Being an online student allows me the time to fully commit to your animal!

My house is fully equipped to care for your animal. I have a fully fenced backyard. This will allow your pet to run around outside ensuring a safe environment. I also am available to walk your dog throughout my neighborhood! I also am available to provide home visits for your pups if this would make them more comfortable.

Some fun activities I can provide for your pets are outdoor play time. I love playing fetch with dogs, going on walks throughout the neighborhood, and even sitting with your dogs to comfort them.

- Please let me know how your animal is around other dogs. I currently have another dog in my house who loves other animals. However, if your pet is more comfortable alone I can ensure my dog is in his separate play area away from your dog! I also would love to know your daily routine with your animal! Some things that are helpful to know is what time you feed your dog throughout the day, what their daily exercise looks like, and any allergies or medications your dog may be on!
