This host is highly unprofessional and greedy. She can mess with your plan. I had booked her for overnight but I asked if i can pick my dog same day and she agreed. She asked me to pay in cash or off the app, i refused. I booked on rover. The day before i was about to leave she messaged asking more money ($50 extra) quoting whatever i paid was rover fee. She completely messed my plan. I’ll not recommend such spammers to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. She was supposed to watch my senior dog and my adult pit bull, I had to rush home because somehow during the last 3-5 hours (of their 24ish hour stay) they had suddenly gotten a flea infestation to the point where my pit bull was in pain and had to get washed with dawn soap (which I’m allergic to and did not authorize to be used on her because of her allergies), they also had food brought with them that was measured out and my senior dogs food wasn’t touched and pit bulls wet food wasn’t touched. I asked for a refund because there were no fleas and both me and my dog had an allergic reaction and was declined because “I was attacking her”. Long story short if you care about your pet go somewhere else.
