I’m currently a stay at home mom here in Texas! We just moved here but I’ve been doing pet care for about 9 years now. I’ve worked in animal hospital for many years where i trained as a vet assistant and groomer. Since i am a stay home mom my daughter will be joining me on some trips.

I will feed and give water. Allow them to go potty outside and will never leave them unsupervised outside even with a fence just to ensure extra safety.
Information Makayla M. would like to know about your pet
I love all breeds of dogs and wouldn't mind watching any small or giant. One thing I would like to know if they have any other dog aggression or kid aggression. Just to make sure every dog and child will be safe and I know the cautions I would need to take. I have a dog that is not big dog friendly so I have an idea of what to do in situations like that.
A typical day
If the owner of the dogs live near a dog park I would love to take them there and play a few rounds of fetch.

I’m wanting to start and build my own drop in care business. I do have 10 years in total in animals care.I am able to give nail trims as well. I am also able to administer medications. I currently have 1 cat 2 dogs of my own and I’ve had them since they were puppies. I have a German Shepherd-Mastiff mix and a chi-Jack mix.I am more than qualified to do all things I have listed as I have spent a little over the past 5 years interning as a Vet Assistant at the animal hospital and over 5 years as a pet groomer

We've used Makayla a few times now and she is always so great at making sure our senior cat is well taken care of. Her updates are very detailed and she always takes many pictures. Definitely recommend her!
We had a fantastic experience with Makayla! She took wonderful care of our cat, Cooper, on drop ins and truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly attentive, noticed little things around the house, and sent daily photos that gave us total peace of mind. We will absolutely book her again for our next trip!
Makayla did great. She was dependable and my dogs were well taken care of. She provided updates and pictures. Dogs seemed to enjoy their time with her. She provided good feedback during her drop in visits. Would recommend Makayla and definitely plan on booking again.
