I am currently in a doctorate program, which gives me a fairly flexible schedule throughout the entire week. Because my schedule varies, I am often available for drop-in visits, walks, house sitting, and other pet care needs at different times of the day. I am a naturally spontaneous and adaptable person, so working with changing schedules is something I genuinely enjoy. I do my best to accommodate each client’s needs and will work with you to ensure your pet receives reliable, attentive care whenever it is needed.

Before caring for your pet, I like to learn as much as possible about their personality, routine, and unique needs. It is especially helpful to know about any allergies, medications, dietary restrictions, fears, anxieties, or triggers they may have. I also love hearing what gets them excited—whether that’s their favorite toy, treat, walking route, game, or special activity. I believe consistency helps pets feel safe and comfortable, so I also appreciate knowing any household rules or boundaries you have for your pet. Whether they are not allowed on furniture, have specific feeding instructions, need to avoid certain areas, or follow a particular routine, I will always respect your preferences and care for them the way you do. The more I know beforehand, the better I can provide a safe, enjoyable, and stress-free experience for both you and your furry family member.
A typical day
I love keeping pets engaged, happy, and active! Since I enjoy being outdoors, some of my favorite activities include walks around the neighborhood, exploring new scents, playing fetch, spending time in the yard, and getting plenty of fresh air and exercise. Of course, every pet is different, and I always follow the owner’s preferences and the pet’s energy level. If the weather isn’t ideal or your pet prefers indoor fun, I’m just as happy to play with their favorite toys, practice basic commands, enjoy puzzle games, have a cuddle session, or simply keep them company while giving them lots of attention and affection. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, loved, and entertained while you’re away. Whether your furry friend is an adventure-loving athlete or a couch-cuddling companion, I’ll tailor our time together to what makes them happiest!

Pet care experience
I love all dogs and genuinely care about their happiness, comfort, and well-being. I am available for house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking, and I truly enjoy spending time with animals of all ages and sizes. In addition to caring for my family’s and friends’ pets, I previously worked for a professional pet care company that was fully insured and highly rated by clients. In that role, I was trusted with clients’ home keys, cared for pets in their homes, and maintained the high standards expected of a professional pet sitter. This experience taught me the importance of reliability, communication, and treating every pet and home with respect. I love going on walks, playing in the yard, and giving plenty of cuddles and attention. I have a toy Cavapoo puppy of my own, so I am also comfortable caring for puppies and understand that they often require extra patience, supervision, and specialized care. I also have two large dog “nephews and nieces” that I regularly spend time with, so I am comfortable handling and genuinely enjoy dogs of all sizes, from tiny puppies to large breeds. While dogs are my specialty, I also have experience with cats and previously lived with one, making me comfortable caring for feline friends as well. When caring for your pet in your home, I am extremely respectful of your space. I make every effort to leave your home exactly as I found it by keeping things clean and tidy, turning off lights, locking doors, and following any household instructions you provide. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing that both your pet and your home are in caring, trustworthy hands. I look forward to meeting you and your beloved furry family member!
