I have recently decided to step out of the clinic scene to have more time to plan my wedding and spend more time with my fiancé and fur babies. We are getting Married the beginning of December 😆 so I have a pretty flexible schedule. The days that I have blocked off, I will be out of town doing wedding things ❤️ I can’t wait to start booking all the mid day/evening walks, or weekend stays with my year old golden retriever puppy and my 7lb maltipoo.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a house with a lot of open space, and a spacious fenced in back yard to play in. I have a one year old golden retriever puppy and a 7lb maltipoo that would be great company or play buddy for your pup. My golden of course loves everyone and everything so he would not be good company for a dog that does not do well with other playful/excited dogs. He has learned how to be careful around smaller pets with my maltipoo so that is not a problem. Maddie would love a small dog to hangout and play with as well.

Information Makayla C. would like to know about your pet
Before sitting with me, I would love to make sure our dogs get along well. Preferably meeting up at a dog park but if it is last minute, we can have them meet in the front yard before staying in the house.
A typical day
I live in a great neighborhood for walks, great side walks and calm streets. Just a few miles down the road from our neighborhood is a dog park that we could go to as well. Or if your dog is more of a couch potato, they will fit in nicely with my maltipoo who likes to sleep on the couch all day.

Certified Veterinary Technician
Pet care experience
I went to school for Veterinary Technology, and now am licensed in Tennessee and Certified in Florida as a Veterinary Technician. I no longer work in an animal hospital and am at home most the day. Not only can I pet sit for you or take your babies on walks during the day but I can administer medications prescribed by your veterinarian and alert you if I feel something is wrong with your pet and seek medical attention for them. I would love the opportunity to care for your fur babies.
Reviews
Makayla has a heart meant to work with animals! As a certified veterinary technician your clients can rest assured that their fur babies will be in good hands with her. She’s personable, fun and reliable. Rover and their clients will be lucky to have her.
Makayla loves dogs and this shows in her care for animals. With her also being a veterinarian tech assistant, it gives me peace when my fur babies are left in her hands. She also gives them so much attention and enjoys keeping them active with playtime so they are not bored or lonely when in her care. She’s the best and your dog will love her in return.
For as long as I can remember Makayla has always had such a strong love for animals. She is one of my best friends & I trust her with my life, and especially my pup! You will never have to worry about your fur babies with Makayla around! They will always be well taken care of!
