I have taken care of every pet you can think of, including birds (such as cockatiels and Parrots), Small animals (Bunnies, Guinea Pigs, Rats, Mice, Hamsters, ect.) as well as cats and dogs. I previously ran a rescue and also worked inside of a small pet store and was responsible for the care of all the animals within our care. Vanlife flexibility!!!

Makayla took great care of my Dakota. She followed all my notes, and never left him alone. She also sent photos and communicated quickly to my text messages.
Makayla drove a long way just for a meet and greet prior to our booking. She came across as sweet and professional. During the booking, she communicated daily and sent pictures, as requested. We have her booked 2 more times this month!
I thought I knew what a 5 star pet sitter was like, but Makayla has set a new standard! Our 2 cats and 2 dogs were WELL taken care of. One of our pitties can have door aggression, but after a meet and greet we found a way for Makayla to safely come and go while we were away. By the end of the trip, the anxious pittie was Makayla’s shadow. We got daily updates and pictures. Makayla knows how to take care of anxious pets AND their anxious pet-parents. We will absolutely be scheduling our next vacation around Makayla’s availability.
