I can definitely say I’ve grown up surrounded by animals. Throughout my life, my family has always had dogs, and at one point we had three living in our home at the same time. While I don’t currently have any pets of my own, I have plenty of experience caring for my longtime boyfriend’s dogs whenever his family is away. About three years ago, I moved in with a roommate who has a cat, which was my first real introduction to caring for cats. If I’m being honest, I fell in love with them almost instantly! While dogs will always be where I feel the most comfortable because of my lifelong experience with them, I truly enjoy spending time with both dogs and cats. I always make it a priority to make sure dogs get plenty of playtime, attention, exercise, and affection so they feel happy and comfortable while their owners are away.

Safety, trust & environment
Keeping your pet safe is always my top priority. I will carefully follow all instructions you provide regarding your pet’s routine, feeding schedule, medications (if needed), and any special care requirements. I will make sure doors, gates, and windows are securely closed at all times to prevent escapes and will only use leashes or harnesses as instructed during walks. I’ll also keep an eye out for anything that could be unsafe, such as foods, household items, or objects your pet shouldn’t have access to. In addition to keeping your pet physically safe, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I will also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe and happy.

Schedule
I am freshly graduated with my masters degree in social work. I’m currently working part time as a server while also job searching and studying for my ASWB. I serve around four to five days a week but my schedule varies weekly.
