My schedule completely revolves around the dogs. As I've mentioned I do online classes so I can adjust my schedule to the needs of your dog. I am very flexible with pick up and drop off times as well. You are always free to adjust times with no extra charge, just send me a message and we'll work out the best time for you. I also do not charge in situations such as a missed flight, illness, or other unforseen circumstances that may require your dog to be in my care for a little longer.

My main goal is to always treat your dogs like my own! Everyday I ensure to tell your dogs how much I love them and I try to spend as much time with them as possible. I also have a large fenced in yard where your dog can run and play, during the summer I usually hangout outside with the dogs for a good part of the day. If your dog is social, my dogs love to play and socialize with yours. I have a Golden Retriever and a Havapoo, they're both neutered and very friendly, and Rex my golden is very gentle with smaller dogs. If your dogs prefer to be on their own, I can do staggered outside time and keep them separate, no problem! While we're inside the dogs will usually walk around the house with me, either in my room or following whatever I'm doing. If for some reason they need to be in their own space or if it could be unsafe for them to do that, they will be in the laundry room at times like at night when I cannot fully keep my eyes on them.

Some important things I'd like to know ahead of time are any special care needs your dog has, I can administer medication or provide extra assistance if needed, I just prefer to know ahead of time so I can adequately prepare for your dog and ensure that they are being properly tended to. I would also like to know of any specialized rituals or schedules your dog has so I can maintain those while they're here.
A typical day
A typical day includes feeding and then going outside in the morning, sometimes we'll go on a walk at this time, otherwise we just hangout and play outside. The rest of the day, in between outside time, I'll clean their spaces and do things around the house while the dogs play with each other, or hang out on their own. I try to do fun activities to keep the dogs entertained. In the summer I'll bring out the kiddie pools and sprinklers for the dogs, and in the winter I'll put some toys with treats in the snow so they can run around the yard and find them.

I love dogs, no matter the size, age, or breed, I am determined to be your dogs new best friend! I've been dog sitting for a few years now within my neighborhood, but I started doing it professionally this year. I've always loved animals, so getting to spend time with your beloved pets is such a privilege! I am currently a college student, but I do online classes so the majority of my time is devoted to dogs. I am committed to providing personalized, and loving care around the clock. While your pets are here, I try to maintain their home schedules as much as possible, for example, if they eat at a certain time At home, that's the time they'll eat here. I've noticed that it helps ease the transition between my home and yours. To them, my home is just an extension of their home. I also have experience with senior dogs, puppies, and dogs who may be recovering from illnesses or surgeries. I can administer oral or topical medications and provide cpr if it were ever necessary. If your dog has specific or specialized needs, please let me know and I will ensure I work with you and them to provide the best care possible.

Wow, what a doggie heaven! Pictures of the backyard are legit, and Makaila sent us plenty of pictures and updates. Makaila was very accommodating with drop off and pickup, and you care really see how passionate she is about caring for pups.
Makaila was very communicative and so easy to book with! Our dog was very happy to stay with her.
I had a great experience boarding Kyro with her. She took good care of him, kept me updated, and he came home happy, clean, and clearly well-loved.
