ULTIMATE PET LOVER
Ever since I was younger, I had always wanted to work at Petsmart so that I could play with every dog sitting in those lonely cages. Sadly that was never in the job descriptions, so my dreams died quickly ha. But I did adopt my 'daughter' (Riley) from there. BEST THING I'VE EVER DONE. I got her just after I had knee surgery, and not only did she keep me company, she was the cutest thing ever!! Since she was a puppy, she did make SEVERAL messes, but that comes with being a pet parent :) I treat her as if she were my child, we celebrate birthdays, go to the park, I even take her on vacations. Ive always had dogs in my family - from rottweilers, shitzhu's, maltese poodles, American bulldog/lab mix, pit bulls to Riley (Australian shepherd/boxer mix) You don't have to be worried with having a pet sitter anymore. I can tell you I used to be EXTREMELY cautious leaving Riley with anyone, but I promise the amount of love and attention that my family can give your sweet fur baby will put you at ease. And we can’t forget all those portrait mode photos that you’ll be getting!

We read many reviews on your site to see which petsitter we felt would be best suited to entrust our pets to. This was our first time our pets were not traveling with us, so we (mostly me) were anxious pet parents. We selected Makae because of the positive reviews she received and her location. This was our first time using Rover and we sure got lucky finding Makae and her family! We had a meet-and-greet first which was so beneficial and we continued to communicate through the Rover application until the drop-off date. We certainly appreciated all the pictures we received while we were gone. It was as if they were on their own vacation at Makae's home. They seemed to love their family so much, we wondered if they would want to come back home. There is absolutely no complaints on our end and we would not hesitate to book with her again. Thank you so much Makae and family for the care and love you showed our fur babies!!

Makae and her family were absolutely amazing to my German Shepherd Rose. She loves them so much she made sure to get all her pets before saying goodbye. Makae was always punctual with responses and information. She takes great picts and gives lots of updates. I would recommend any nervous momma to use Makae to sit their furbaby!
100/10! As a first-time dog owner, I was incredibly nervous about leaving our sweet girl, Shiloh, for 10 days while we were on vacation. The moment we dropped her off, Makae immediately eased all of that anxiety by sending photos within the first hour. From that point on, we were completely at peace—her consistent updates made it so clear that Shiloh was not just being watched, but truly loved and cared for. I never once had to worry, which is something I didn’t think was possible. Coming home to Shiloh was pure joy—she was happy, relaxed, and so clearly well cared for. It honestly felt like she had her own little vacation too. I’m beyond grateful for the peace of mind Makae gave us, and I would trust her again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!
