A keen animal lover who strives to keep pets happy
Always been involved in animal care from my childhood into adulthood. I was involved with stray animal rehabilitation with my family from a very young age and always felt a need to care for them. I have also looked after my Bichon Frise since the age of 10 and my love for animals takes me to animal sanctuaries around the UK to learn about animal care. Family friends have also relied on me to maintain their outdoor animals in the past to carry out tasks such as feeding and exercising.

We couldn’t be happier with Maya’s care. She is incredibly responsible, kind and genuinely lovely. From the very beginning she adapted perfectly to both my needs and África’s, and communication was always fast, clear and immediate. Through the videos she sent, it was obvious that my cat, África, felt comfortable and happy — they had such a sweet connection, and África reacted so positively every time she saw her. That gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She clearly takes her role very seriously and always prioritises the pet’s safety and wellbeing. When we came back, the house was perfect and África had been wonderfully cared for. I travelled feeling completely calm, and I would absolutely love to count on her again in the future, if she’s available. Highly recommended!
When I met Maya, I knew Zelda would be in excellent hands - she is very professional, kind, and has had a lot of experience. She immediately clicked with my dog - a great match:)
Spook had a wonderful time with Maya! She was attentive and caring, and the regular photo updates were really appreciated. It's clear she genuinely loves dogs. Would definitely book again!

Maya was absolutely fantastic with our high-energy dog! She took such great care of her and kept her happy, stimulated, and well-looked after throughout her stay. We really appreciated the daily updates and all the adorable photos — it gave us such peace of mind. On top of that, Maya left our home spotless. Everything was clean, tidy, and exactly as we left it (if not better!). It’s so nice to come back to a happy dog and a clean house. We would definitely book with Maya again. Highly recommend! 🐾✨
