I do not work currently, as I am a full time college student! I am very active in my everyday life, I usually spend my time hiking, walking, or biking, but I'm always willing to slow down and read a book with a snuggle bug!!

As an animal lover, I have 2 dogs, 3 cats, and countless fish. Each animal gets special attention and I play with them the way they like (even the fish)! You can be assured that your pet will be loved the same way I love my own pets. I am knowledgeable in signs of stress in all small animals and I am capable of doing CPR on dogs and cats due to a class I took called "Zoos, Aquariums, and Small Animal Care". This class also taught me veterinary and husbandry techniques for common house pets such as cats, dogs, rodents, etc.

A typical day
I love spending time with high energy animals. As a high energy person myself, I spend my downtime outside; rain or shine. Walks are the best way for physical and mental stimulation, but I am always willing to play fetch, tug of way, chase, or tricks! If your animal is older (or not as enthused about physical activity) I will meet them on their level and figure out what they enjoy!

Pet care experience
I have always had a dog. They are essential to make a house a home! I raised and trained two puppies and love taking them on walks and to the park! I have been petsitting 'professionally' for the better part two years and have had the privilege of caring for many animals. Some examples would include birds, disabled cats and dogs, senior cats and dogs, puppies, kittens, and even a turtle!
