Maiya has loved and helped taken care of my labrador for 5 years. She grew up with dogs and loves being around them. She is comfortable with all breeds and sizes. She is very patient and attentive and would make an excellent Rover sitter.

I always make sure to give dogs time to greet and warm up to me with a slow introduction. I enjoy playing fetch, going for long walks, or just giving a good belly rub. I also like practicing commands and tricks, and am punctual with feeding or bathroom schedules.

I like to know typical feeding and potty schedules. Let me know if your dog has special needs/behaviors like guarding, difficulty socializing, reactive triggers, or any other qualities that are important to know to ensure a fun and smooth time for both your pup and myself!
A typical day
I’m active and enjoy being outdoors, so I love to go on walks and do outdoor activities like fetch and chase. On hot days, sprinklers and kiddie pools are great too! If dogs have some experience socializing and owners are okay with it, I like to go to dog parks (starting with less crowded parks to get a feel for a dog’s play style and comfort with dogs of different sizes/behaviors). For older or lower energy dogs, or on especially hot days, I’m content to chill out indoors and practice some commands and tricks.
