Pet care experience
We prefer dogs more than humans
We’re Maitri and Karan, and we’re excited to meet you and your pet. We both work from home full time so your dog always has company. We also never care for more than one dog at a time so your dog will get all our attention and cuddles :) We live in Wicker Park in a calm, pet-friendly home surrounded by lots of parks. We also have two huge fenced and guarded patios with turf attached to our condo so lots of space for dogs to run around. We have an 18-month-old who is gentle, curious, and always supervised around pets. He loves having pets around and we honestly do this more for him than us.

Maitri and her family were perfect sitters for my dog - I had some nerves with it being my first time using Rover but she sent lots of pictures and kept me updated on how he was doing. Super easy to coordinate and communicate with and she treated Zuko like he was part of the family. I appreciated the updates and know that he was well cared for during his time with Maitri!
Maitri was fantastic with dory - very responsive, sent great photos, and was overall a top tier sitter. We already reached out to try and schedule our next visit!
Maitri and her family took such great care of Hurley! I received updates during his stay that made me feel at ease. Hurley also had an ear infection flare up which they administered medicine for without any complaints or issues, so they really went above and beyond. He was very happy when I picked him up and I really appreciated all the love and care I know he received! I would not hesitate to have him stay with Maitri in the future! :)
Maitri was great! Her little son was adorable and gentle and my dog was in a great mood when I picked him up!
5 stars no notes! Maitri was super communicative throughout pickup and drop off, and sent several cute photos :). Their space is lovely and bright including a terrific rooftop patio. Marlow was clearly well loved by the whole family - highly recommend!!!
Maitri generously accepted a last minute request for Meatball and was great! We received frequent updates and pictures and picked Meatball up looking happy and healthy.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pets’ comfort and safety are my priority. I keep a calm, clean space, free of hazards and overstimulation. I follow feeding, medication, and walk routines exactly as instructed and send regular updates so you always know your pet is in good hands.
A typical day
We have a toddler so our routines are pretty high energy. Going for a walk and to the park is our everyday schedule, no matter the weather. Our kid loves playing fetch with all the neighborhood dogs.
