Before your booking, please tell us about your pet's routine, personality, medical needs, dietary requirements, training level, recall, behaviour around people and other animals, and any fears or triggers they may have. The more information you can provide, the better we can tailor our care, maintain consistency with your routines and ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable and happy while in our care. Where possible, we recommend arranging a meet-and-greet before the first booking to help build familiarity and ensure we're the right fit for one another. ----------------------------------- For House Sitting - Due to client commitments of daily walks & drop ins, we are only able to accept house-sitting clients, that have dogs/cat that are comfortable being left home alone for up to 4 hours. We require a paid trial walk via Rover for all House Sitting requests, to ensure we're the right fit for one another, prior to accepting. Please note: We require households to have a Key Lock Box or alternatively a safe place.

Mai & Joe provide such an amazing cat sitting service — I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else! They are always so respectful of my home, and it’s clear how much care and attention they give to my cats while I’m away. My cats are always happy, relaxed, and well cared for when I return, which gives me complete peace of mind. I also really appreciate the regular updates and lots of lovely photos they send during each visit. It’s so reassuring to see my cats happy and comfortable. I highly recommend Mai & Joe to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and trustworthy cat sitters!

A repeat booking of this fantastic couple. Mai and Joe stayed in our house for a week to look after our elderly spaniel, Dexter. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog and clean, tidy house. A professional and trustworthy service, would highly recommend. Thanks both!

Always such a pleasure to have this lovely couple look after my dogs, time and time again they have been fabulous.

Excellent experience with Maisie. Communication was clear and reassuring, and they took great care to follow our cats’ routines. We really appreciated the regular updates and photos. Both cats were relaxed and happy when we got back, which says it all. Would definitely use again
