I work a part-time job, which allows me to offer flexible pet care services around my shifts. I’m available all day Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, (and before 14:00 on Mondays and Wednesdays) This means I have plenty of time during mornings, afternoons, and evenings to walk, sit, and check in on your pets. I’m happy to discuss specific timing based on your needs and can ensure your dog gets the attention and care they deserve, even with my part-time job.

I love keeping pets active and entertained! For dogs, I tailor activities to their energy levels and preferences. For energetic pups, we’ll go on long walks or explore new trails, and I’m always up for playing fetch or tug-of-war to keep them engaged. For more relaxed dogs, I’ll provide gentle strolls, interactive playtime, and plenty of cuddles. I also enjoy setting up mental enrichment games to keep their minds sharp and happy. Whatever your pet loves, I’ll ensure they have a fun and fulfilling time while they’re in my care!

Mairead did some drop ins for my elderly dog Bernie while we were away for the weekend. She was very easy to communicate with and provided me with thorough updates on all the drop ins. She clearly has a deep love for dogs which shows in how she interacts and talks about them. Bernie was content when we returned and I would definitely use her again in the future.
Mairead is absolutely fabulous with my little terrier Freddie. She is always on time and Freddie always comes home ready for a nap.. thanks mairead for all your help.
Maraed has been brilliant, it was always a worry finding someone to take the reigns with our dog and someone to come in to our home. But our frenchie, Skye, took to Maraed immediately and trust was never an issue. With Skye only being a puppy Maread trained her so quickly to sit, give paw and even lie down. Thanks so much Marie you have been brilliant!
Mairead is absolutely fabulous with my Springer, Daphne. Being a high energy dog, Mairead took the time to learn about her and find out what truly makes her happy on walks which is of course finding a river to swim in. I can always rest easy when Daphne is in Maireads care, she has truly proven to be a trustworthy, reliable walker. Thanks as always Mairead :)
