My partner, April, and I have been caring for dogs our whole lives. We have experience working with different ages, breeds, temperaments, and varying levels of special needs care. We began our training journey when we rescued our two german Shepards and trained them as our service dogs. Our girls, Maya and Sadie, have grown so much in these past years! Watching the progress is very rewarding, so we want to extend that same reward to you, your pup, and your family. At this time, we offer dog walking, drop ins, overnight stays and boarding. At this time we don’t have openings for scheduling training sessions, but if there are behavioral concerns, please let us know and we can discuss how to support your pup.

Maile was awesome with my pup. She was able to walk him on very short notice and made sure to take pictures and give a nice update.
Maile is so sweet, and she took my dogs in like they were her own ❤️ I could not have picked a better person to take care of my two German Shepherds. She kept me updated and even sent me some videos! She will be my go to for furbaby sitters from now on ??

Schedule
We understand everyone works different schedules. Our schedules are very flexible and we want to make sure your pet is able to be cared for without time restrictions. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening hours.

Safety, trust & environment
We will treat your pup like our own. We will discuss what is most important to you in regards to ensuring the visit is safe in their environment. It is important to let us know of any medical or special need cares ahead of time so we can properly educate ourselves first. We will discuss any routines to be followed and review safety measures to follow.
Pets
A typical day
A day with me is all about making your dog feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. Every visit starts with plenty of affection, belly rubs (if they’re a fan!), and a chance to settle into a comfortable routine. I make sure they get fresh water, meals on schedule, and lots of one-on-one attention throughout the day. Daily walks are tailored to your dog’s energy level and needs, whether that’s a leisurely neighborhood stroll or a longer adventure to burn off some energy. We spend time playing their favorite games, whether it’s fetch, tug, chasing a ball, or simply exploring new sights and smells. I also believe mental enrichment is just as important as physical exercise. I love incorporating puzzle toys, treat games, sniffing activities, and other brain-stimulating exercises to keep your pup engaged, build confidence, and help prevent boredom. For water-loving dogs, I’m happy to include swimming or water play with your approval. Safety is always my top priority, and any swimming activities will only take place with your permission and in appropriate, pet-safe locations. Throughout the day, I provide plenty of love, companionship, and personalized care based on your dog’s unique personality. Whether your pup is an energetic adventurer, a playful goofball, or a couch cuddle expert, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, entertained, and cared for as if they were my own. My goal is simple: for you to come home to a happy, relaxed dog who had an amazing day filled with fun, enrichment, exercise, and lots of love.
