Maila is WONDERFUL!!! Our 5 year old black lab had never stayed at anyone's home or boarding in his lifetime. He recently lost his brother (a chocolate lab) due to old age, so wasn't fully accustomed to being the only dog. He is a bit overweight and has frequent ear irritations which we believe is caused by chicken products. She cared for him brilliantly!!! She gave him LOADS of attention, took care of his ear inflammation without hesitation, and gave us daily videos, photos, and updates on his wellbeing. She and her husband took him for long daily walks in beautiful areas and let him swim (his favorite pastime) as weather permitted. She was always very prompt in our appointments and once I had to run about 15-20 min late due to arriving late from our out of state trip. She was congenial and stated no worries, which was most appreciated. Would DEFINITELY BOOK again with Maila as she is DEFINITELY our favorite person to watch our "baby".

It can always be a little scary trusting someone new with your dogs the first time. All of our fears were completely alleviated once we got a picture of our happy pups. She went way beyond just letting the dogs out in the yard, which only made the experience that much better. Highly recommend!

Maila was very good at keeping me updated regarding our fur baby. She was very patient and came with activities for Ulani to enjoy. They also went on a very nice walk which I am sure Ulani enjoyed. I appreciate Maila’s experience with dogs who are anxious and the feedback she provides. I would highly recommend her! Thank you, Maila!

Maila handled Sadie well and helped work with retraining her not to jump which is much appreciated as we do not have many guests. After getting to know Maila, I feel she will be a good fit for future pet sitting needs and we will probably try a few shorter trips after the New Year to ensure she is comfortable and Sadie and the kitties do well. The kitties may need special care, but are actually pretty easy keepers. Maila even got to see Sadie's extra exuberance and lack of recall when distracted chasing a neighborhood kitty. The kitty is fine and it wore Sadie out. I welcome feedback and suggestions for further refining Sadie's training. We look forward to working with Maila.

Maila is a very kind and calm soul. My animal loves her. This is exactly what I’m looking for in a Petsitter. She also leaves my place better than she found it. Thanks for all you do Maila.
