I live in an apartment that is a 20 minute walk from Waikiki beach with my sister. We weren’t able to fly our furry babies out, so taking care of yours will bring the both of us so much joy! My top priority is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for your pets. We live in a very pedestrian-friendly part of town, making it easy to take your dog on walks frequently. It’s a safe residential area that’s also not too far from the beach, so we can walk down there if your pup enjoys that! We are also in a pet-friendly apartment on the first floor and have a fairly spacious lanai, making our place a very accessible home for pets.

Please let me know if your pet has any dietary or physical restrictions, so that I can accommodate them. Knowing your dogs needs and behaviors will also be helpful, such as what upsets them or makes them bark/whine, how energetic they are, where they prefer sleeping, etc. The more information, the better! :)
A typical day
When walking your dog, I enjoy going around my neighborhood and other residential areas. I would also love to walk your dog down to our local parks and beaches. I will play with them at home/in our lanai with their preferred toys. We also have a dog park nearby, so I would let your dog play freely with other dogs with your permission/if they enjoy that. I will update you with pictures/videos as frequently as you’d like and keep you updated on how your pup is doing!

(((CURRENTLY BACK IN CYPRESS))) Hi! I’ve always had a strong connection with animals ever since I was a child. My dog is currently on the mainland with my family so I really look forward to spending time with and taking care of your pets. I love cuddling and being playful with animals, but with that said, I’m also great at reading their behavior and respecting their boundaries. Growing up, I trained two puppies and have taken care of many of my friends’ dogs for days/weeks. I genuinely care for other people’s pets as if they’re my own and get easily attached.

Maida took excellent care of our boy while we were out for the evening. She came over for a meet and greet prior and asked questions on how to best care for Smokey. She arrived right on time and sent pictures and updates. 10/10 recommend!
