Pet care experience
We each have 20+ years of experience with pets of all shapes and sizes. From bottlefeeding rescued squirrels to helping hermit crabs switch to new shell homes, and most importantly, training dogs to be well-behaved, happy and loved – we have done it all! We both work full-time from our home with doggy door access to a fenced back yard. We also love to go on adventures with dogs, so if your pup is a hiker or swimmer, we’d be thrilled to do some bigger play days with him/her! Our black lab Dandy has never met a new dog or new person that didn’t become her new best friend, so we can’t wait to have your furry friend come hang out with our happy little family.

Maia & Nick were awesome! They not only took great care of my animals. They let me know that my water had stopped running and saved me from having freezing pipes. Now that service! I will definitely book them again.
Maia, Nick and Dandy were super great hosts to our older dog, Leela. They’re lovely people, so easy-going and kind in spirit. I had no reservations leaving Leela in their competent care, and took delight in seeing my girl so happy and calm when we came back for her. Dandy, their 1yo Great Pyrenees mix is a total sweetheart, so patient and generous with her toys and space. Our interactions were altogether positive and we feel grateful to have a safe place for our pup on that rare occasion when we plan something without her.
I simply could not ask for or expect more/better care for Robie hundreds of miles from home while I spent a day fly-fishing. He was safe and happy, and I was secure in the knowledge that he was indeed being well supervised and cared for. Nick and Maia were wonderful in taking good care of my beloved canine pal. If I ever need dog care in their area again, they’ll be first on the list, most definitely, of persons I contact.
