Although I don’t offer care from my home, I want to be sure that I have everything I need to make your pet feel at home while I’m staying with them. That’s why I prefer to meet the animal and take a tour of the home before finalizing a booking.

I would like to know how the animal acts when their owner isn't around. I learned while being a tech that many pets act completely different when their owner is away. What techniques can I use to make your pet more comfortable while you're not there? Additionally, is your dog okay in the car? I like to take pups on adventures and trips if possible. I also need to know if your animal is comfortable in the car in case of an emergency, and I have to take them somewhere.
A typical day
I love going on hikes, especially with a dog or two to keep me company. I'm very active and love the outdoors - if a dog needs lots of exercise I even have roller skates!

*PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: As of May 1, 2026: I will no longer be accepting overnight bookings - my final month for house sitting services will be April 2026. After April 30 I will be accepting bookings for DROP-INS ONLY. Please feel free to request overnight stays until then (for dates on or before 4/30/26). Thanks and apologies for any inconvenience! - I was a veterinary technician for several years working with dogs, cats, and other animals (pigs, lizards, rabbits, guinea pigs, more) of all shapes, sizes, temperaments, and attitudes. I am experienced in handling and restraining both your average, senior, and special needs pets. I have helped run doggy day care programs and monitor post-surgery or boarded pets. I have experience administering both oral and injectable medications, as well as drawing blood intravenously and ear prick (for blood sugar). I'm also a photographer, so I will send many pictures during my visits! Currently, I work from home, so I can easily work from your home while watching your pet as long as I'm provided with wifi access. I am typically online 8am-4pm, but otherwise can commit my time to your pet. I do not keep other pets at my home, but I do like to take a tour of the home before being left alone there so I know where all the essentials are. Not only that, its important for me to note potential areas the pet can hide or escape from.

We had such a great experience with our Rover sitter! She checked in on our pets twice a day while we were away, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were being well cared for. She was consistent, reliable, and made sure everything was taken care of—from feedings to check-ins and just spending time with them so they weren’t lonely. We really appreciated the updates and knowing our pets were happy and comfortable in their own home. You can tell she truly cares about animals, and that means everything when you’re trusting someone with your pets. We came home to relaxed, well-cared-for babies, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for dependable and loving pet care 🐾
