Hi there, I'm Maia. I'm an experienced animal caretaker and hard working individual. I'm so excited to meet you and your dog! I have had experience with small and large breed dogs for a combined total of 16 years. Living with dogs has taught me all about basic dog care, body language and needs. When a dog is uncomfortable, I will do my best to help them feel better, just like you would! One of my childhood dogs had diabetes, and I have become accustomed to administrating eye drops as well as insulin injections to my pet, so medicine is not an issue if your dog has any medical needs. I'm very active, so I can help the most energetic dog meet their exercise needs. I love going hiking, backpacking and traveling in general. It's wonderful to see new things and meet new people! When I'm not out and about, you can find me enjoying some Netflix and watching TV. I am flexible on meet and greet times, as well as pickup/drop off times for boarding requests. DOG BOARDING/HOUSE SITTING: Although the majority of dogs, are absolutely awesome, I understand that anxiety/ behavior issues do occur! I completely comprehend if a dog is nervous at first, especially if they are not used to being boarded. I will do my absolute best to make them at ease! Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make this transition as seamless as possible for your dog! I am available on weekends to watch your fur baby full time and make sure they are safe while you are away. I do my best to be flexible as possible to meet your and your dogs needs. I work full time during the week but, work close to home so I can always drop by mid day to check on your baby. I have a fenced backyard where your fur babies can go outside with a dog door for easy access. I have two dogs of my own they can socialize with. If they need some space or to be crated I have options to accommodate those needs as well.
