Maia recently looked after our spaniel, Meeko, while I was on holiday, and I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter! From the moment I met her, I could tell she was someone with a good heart and genuinely passionate about animals. Maia instantly connected with Meeko, and I felt completely at ease leaving him in her care. Not only was she incredibly responsible and reliable, but she also went above and beyond when Meeko's recurring ear infection flared up whilst we were away. Maia noticed something was off when Meeko kept rubbing his ear with his paw, and without hesitation, she took him to our vet and kept me informed every step of the way. I appreciated how calm and proactive she was and I’m so grateful she handled it all with such care. She even added her own funny and lighthearted touch to daily updates, sending me pictures and stories that made us laugh and feel connected to Meeko, even from miles away. It was clear to me that she wasn't just fulfilling a job – she truly cared about Meeko’s well-being. I can't recommend Maia enough.
