Veterinary Technology Student
I am currently in school to become a veterinary technician. I have over a years experience working in a vet hospital as a kennel assistant. I have experience with high medical needs animals, aggressive/reactive animals, elderly animals, and of course your regular fur babies. I also have experience administering medications in all forms to both cats and dogs. I have one dog of my own named Molly. I got her when she was an 8 week old puppy and she is now 5.

Safety, trust & environment
When it come to house/animal sitting I will ensure your animals schedule and routine as consistent and close to their usual routine as possible. With walking and other services that require leaving the house/fenced area I use an additional slip leash to make sure they are still on leash if they happen to get out of one. They safety of your animals is very important to me and I will make sure they are very well loved and cared for when they are with me!

I can't describe how fantastic Maia was. I would recommend her to everyone. My Fen can be very anxious and kind of stand offish to new people, but he took to her immediately. She kept me informed sent me pictures and I was just relieved of that worry I felt very good about her taking care of my guy.
Maia and Ruthie hit if off very nicely. Maia appears to know her way around dogs and we'll be looking for her in the future when we need sitting again.
I always relax when Maia is watching my dogs while I travel. She has a natural connection with animals and is so patient with my food-finicky boy and my old blind girl. Her experience working in a vet clinic reassures me that she's able to handle any situation that could arise. She does way more than the bare minimum to make sure my dogs not only have their physical needs met, but they also feel loved and attended to. She's warm and friendly and easy to work with.
Maia is absolutely devoted to animals. She is trustworthy and caring and goes to great lengths to make sure that animals feel loved. She has extensive experience working with animals who are old, young, need special care or just lots of love. Maia will treat your pet like a loved family member.

Schedule
I do my schooling online therefore I have the ability to take my school work with me. I have a regular appointment on Wednesdays from 1-2 but other than that I have a pretty open schedule!
