I’ve been around dogs my whole life, growing up with a Rottweiler, helping care for my siblings’ pups, and now raising my own miniature dachshund, Martha (who has a lot of bark but no bite!). Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, from mini schnauzers to bull terriers, mix breeds, and small terriers. Dogs have always been a big part of my life, and I have a true passion for creating a loving, safe space for them. I’d love the chance to welcome your pup into “Martha’s Pack” and treat them like family while they’re with me.

Hanne is an amazing person as well as an amazing pet caregiver. I have left my mini bull terrier, Guapo with her multiple times while out of town. Guapo always has a great time hanging with Hanne. Hanne sends daily updates with pictures of Guapo hanging out and having fun. I would definitely recommend Hanne to anyone who needs a pet caregiver.
Hanne is amazing ! She cared for my anxious miniature schnauzer with so much patience and love. Knowing she has a dog herself made it even better—Biggie loved the company and felt right at home. I trust Hanne to be a great pet caregiver — from the way she interacts with her own dog to the way that she watched and cared for my crazy dog during her puppy says, Hanne has proved to loving, caring, and responsible. She will care for others’ pets as if they were her own. She will take them out on walks and adventures if they need that mental stimulation. Or she can simply just chill with them and provide cuddles and pets. Hanne is great at communication and will be someone you can trust!

Schedule
I'm home the majority of the day unless I need to step out for an errand which is only a few hours (3-4hours max). I would be able to take any pets out along with my own for potty breaks and walks every 3 hours.

I do not have a yard as I'm in a townhome but there are two parks nearby that I can bring the dog and will typically drive to a fenced dog park that's 15 minutes away.

A typical day
Take them out on a walk or to the neighborhood park; play fetch with the pet(s) and my dog; I like providing an hour or two of just calm down time for the pet(s) so that they can regulate their system and not be overloaded.
