Pet care experience
I have helped care for dogs in my family since I was a kid. I had a standard poodle growing up and recently adopted a poodle puppy worth my family. I took care of him from the night we took him home until I had to leave for college. Additionally, I have become they de facto pet-sitter for my roommate’s dog, a sharpei mix, whenever she is at work or in class. He was a rescue and was a handful at first, but I enjoy taking care of him. Finally, I helped foster there dom. shorthair kittens this past spring and adopted one of them named Ellie. I am her primary caretaker and have trained her well even at her still young age.

Maggie took great care of our dogs while we were out of town. She was comfortable with administering medications and made us feel at ease. The dogs were well loved and taken care of while we were gone! Highly recommend!

Maggie was excellent with both of my dogs! She was extremely professional, mature, responsive and easy to communicate and work with in setting up dog care and walking and was a true natural with the dogs. They warmed up to her right away and I knew they were in great hands from the beginning. This was only confirmed by their wagging tails and excitement to see her every time after! She was so thoughtful and even sent me maps of the walking routes they had done! The dogs came back happy and tired after which is always a perfect sign! I will definitely contact her again for future needs and would highly recommend her!
Maggie is great with animals! She takes care of my dog Goober while I’m away at class and work. She takes him on long hikes in the mornings so he is nice and tired while I’m away but ready to play again by the time I get home. She also has a cat of her own named Ellie who is in great hands at her house. She takes care of her family dog, Eli and helped raise him from a puppy.

Availability
I’m currently pursuing my Master’s degree at UGA. Because of this I have very few classes and a lot of availability for check-ins, walks, etc. throughout the week. I am available all day Friday-Sunday for longer-visits and/or stays.
