I have lifelong experience caring for both dogs and cats, starting on the horse farm where I grew up in Canada. I understand that dogs often need active walks, play, structure, and consistent routines, while cats benefit from calm, patient care, reliable feeding and litter routines, and respect for their individual personalities. Through 4-H, dog walking, house sitting, and pet care over the years, I have also helped reinforce basic training, positive behaviour, and good leash manners for dogs. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, young, or simply happiest following their usual routine, I’ll provide attentive, loving care and regular updates while you’re away!

Maggie and I were roommates in university. When her sister’s cat needed a new home she was the first person to step up and offer Gus ( the cat) a temporary home. I got to see Maggie care for an animal that wasn’t ours and one we were frankly too busy for as 4th year university students. Despite everything that comes with being a student at the end of your degree, Maggie became the ultimate new cat parent, caring for him as if we had always had him. Re doing our apartment so when he got the zoomies at 1am he wouldn’t hit and hurt himself, keeping him on a routine feeding and snuggle schedule and instinctively just knowing what he needed. I regularly say that if you want to know what kind of person you are, see how long it takes for a temperamental cat to warm up to you. A cat’s love is not guaranteed, it is earned and built overtime with consistency. Gus quickly and always loved Maggie the most.
Maggie is the absolute most trustworthy, diligent and sweetest person to take care of my 1.5 year old barbet, which she has helped me with continually since she was a 6 month old pup. We and our puppy June are very lucky to have her care and attention whenever needed.

Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and during a sitting I make your pet my priority. I have the flexibility to be home throughout the day, so dogs and cats will have consistent companionship, care, playtime, feeding, and attention rather than being left alone for long periods. I live in a spacious, quiet apartment in Munich with separate calm rooms where pets can relax comfortably. I’m also close to accessible parks and pet-friendly outdoor areas, making it easy to provide regular walks, play, fresh air, and activity for dogs. For cats, I can offer a peaceful, reliable environment with plenty of time for companionship while respecting their space and routine.

I care for each pet according to their usual routine, personality, and your instructions. For dogs, that includes regular walks, outdoor time in nearby parks, play, feeding, water refreshes, affection, and reinforcement of any established training or leash routines. I can also provide calm downtime in my spacious, quiet apartment, with separate rooms available if a pet needs more space or rest. For cats, I focus on consistency and a peaceful environment: reliable feeding, fresh water, litter-box care, playtime, affection on their terms, and respecting their preferred hiding, resting, and social routines. In a client’s home, I treat both the pet and home with care and respect. I follow household routines closely, keep the space tidy, provide regular updates and photos, and make sure pets receive attentive companionship rather than just a quick check-in.

A typical day with me includes plenty of attentive care, from walks, feeding, playtime, and cuddles to keeping a consistent routine that helps pets feel relaxed and secure. We’ll enjoy activities tailored to their personality and energy level, such as neighbourhood walks, fetch, enrichment games, gentle training, or cosy downtime together.
