Dog Lover and Cat Whisperer
I became a cat mom almost 16 years ago and I have been in love ever since. I have 3 wonderful kitty cats. Two were raised by me since kittenhood and the third is a dapper 8 year old that we recently adopted from the Humane Society. I can't believe they are considered "seniors" now; they grow up so fast! I have loved animals my entire life. I usually prefer them to most humans. I have taken care of many pets for friends and family over the years, along with clients at a former professional pet sitting job. I have performed a variety of tasks for pets, including administering medication. I have also used a handful of professional sitters myself and I know how nerve-racking it can be to trust another person with your precious furry children. It is an honor to care for animals that are missing their human(s) by providing them with the most positive experience I can as a substitute parent. If your cat or dog is shy, that is not a problem. I am very patient and I love to talk to them so they can get used to my voice and can interact with me on their terms. I take COVID very seriously and have been vaccinated, boosted, and tote a mask and sanitizer wherever I go. I am quite detail oriented, follow instructions and keep time very well, and am respectful of everyone's wishes. I also love taking pictures and you'll receive many photo updates. Go ahead and take that vacation, knowing your animals will be in good hands, treated like royalty, and adored in your absence! :) I no longer offer overnight services since my cats are senior and they need me at home.

Maggie is the best! She has helped me out with last minute check-ins for my pup more than once when my fur baby decided she didn't want to go potty before a long work day. She hangs out with my dog and lets her play and I always feel reassured that my pup is well taken care of!

Schedule
My schedule is open every 7 days. I follow my wife's schedule of 7 days at work and 7 days off and at home so we can maximize our time together. I am available weekends and holidays.
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
I will follow the instructions given to me by the client while staying at their home. No dog will go outside without a harness and leash unless the yard is fenced and all cats will be kept inside while I am caring for them.

A typical day
For dog owners, I love allowing dogs to explore and sniff around in their environment, even meet new friends while on their walk, if they'd like. I'll come prepared with plenty of treats! For cat owners, I come prepared with toys and they may just catch that red dot after all! We will have fun and I'll ensure all of their in-home needs are met.
