I’m currently working full-time, Monday-Thursdays. I am available in the evenings on work days after 6 pm. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I am available all day.

I can care for pets in my own home and keep them separate from my own animals if needed. If not, my dog Apollo is super dog friendly and would love a playmate. I am an experienced KHS foster and have had kittens, cats, and puppies in my home for short stays or a few weeks at a time. So me and my animals are prepared to have your baby in home. I will care for them like my own and adhere to any and all special instructions.

It's important for me to know any special care the animal may need as well as general care information. If you plan on bringing your animal to my home I need to know if they need or if you want them to be separate from my two cats and my dog. I'm open to any breed, size, and age, but it is also good to know these things ahead of time! As well as vet information should an emergency arise.

I will engage in any activities you would like! Whether that be playing with a special toy, providing dog/cat puzzles, slow feeders, running around together, going for a walk, or going to a dog park. Anything you would not like I can avoid.

I currently work full time at the Kentucky Humane Society S.N.I.P clinic as a veterinary assistant prepping and caring for cats & dogs pre and post spay/neuter surgery. Prior to that I worked in the shelter as an animal care and enrichment staff member. I have had 5 family dogs in my lifetime and interacted with many others. I have a minor in Animal Science and have taken courses on Animal Health, Nutrition, Welfare, and a course all about Cats & Dogs, so I have lots of useful knowledge. I have two cats in the home and a one year old dog where I would board your animals but I have ample space to be able to keep animals separated if needed.

Maggie was the BEST! I can not recommend her highly enough. Her only fault is that she is moving out of state!! I would use her over and over and over again. My dogs loved her!

Took great care of Denali. Was attentive to care instructions, communicated in a timely manner, used her own resources to provide the best possible care, and was flexible with her schedule. I will definitely be booking Maggie again to keep Denali company while we are away.
