I am currently in a transitional phase, so I am doing Rover full-time. I have experience working with the Kentucky Humane Society at both their shelter and their S.N.I.P. clinic. I have a passion for working with both dogs and cats. I have had 5 family dogs in my lifetime and interacted with many others. I have a minor in Animal Science and have taken courses in Animal Health, Nutrition, Welfare, and general courses all about Cats & Dogs, so I have lots of useful knowledge in addition to my experience. I promise to love your fur babies and provide the best care in your absence!

Schedule
Currently, I spend most days at home and only go out for a few hours a day to run errands. I am in the process of moving, so my availability will reflect that until I get settled. The days I am available I will be completely free for pet care all day. My cats are not currently at home with me (due to the move).

Safety, trust & environment
I can care for pets in my own home and keep them separate from my own animals if needed. If not, my dog Apollo is super dog friendly and would love a playmate. I am an experienced KHS foster and have had kittens, cats, and puppies in my home for short stays or a few weeks at a time. So Apollo and I are prepared to have your baby in our home. I will care for them like my own and adhere to any and all special instructions.

A typical day
I will engage in any activities you would like! Whether that be playing with a special toy, providing dog/cat puzzles, slow feeders, running around together, going for a walk, or going to a dog park. Anything you would not like I can avoid.

- It's important for me to know any special care the animal may need as well as general care information. If you plan on bringing your animal to my home I need to know if they need or if you want them to be separate from my dog. I'm open to any breed, size, and age, but it is also good to know these things ahead of time! As well as vet information should an emergency arise.
