HYPOALLERGENIC HOTEL
**We are a hypoallergenic home and can only board hypoallergenic dogs. ***We recently relocated to Palm Desert from Skagit Valley, WA. We are happily settled in the Spanish Walk Community. Our home is 1,600 SqFt, 2 stories. We have a small patio with a potty area but mainly walk the dogs in our community that’s very dog friendly and has a huge grassy area. We have dog bag dispensers all around so no need to bring bags. We keep it very small-1-3 dogs. All are good natured and get along well with others. We cannot board high energy dogs as we don’t have the space. Besides growing up with Labs including 3 litters and helping out friends with their pups over the years, I have been doing Rover solid since Jan 2021. We REALLY love all the dogs and taking very good care of them. They are LOVED here!! We board dogs with low to moderate energy, smaller to medium in size, hypoallergenic and good in nature. Though we love so many different dogs, these are what we have found work best here. I am also a runner and can offer runs or walks from your home for any dogs in need of getting more exercise, as well.

Our good Cavapoo girl Bearie has really seemed to enjoy her walks with Maggie! And that’s saying a Lot given the intensive heat we’re having. But they’re starting earlier and Bearie seems to be establishing the routine of their walk quite contentedly. In the past Bearie had, on occasion, just dropped to the ground, kind of as though she was protesting the proposed activity, however not with Maggie so we are extremely pleased!
This was my first time using Maggie. I will request again when needed.
Maggie was great with our boy Viking. He happily went with her when I dropped him off and was sitting happily with her when I pulled up to pick him up. So glad they matched well! Thanks again, Maggie!!
Maggie was wonderful in every way. Great communication, confidence, on time and attentive to our pup. Grateful I found her.
I was so glad that Maggie was available to take care of my doggy again on my recent visit to Palm Desert. I think Chalie remembered what a nice time he had the last time he stayed there because he wagged his tail and did not even look back as Maggie walked him to her home. Indeed, he got lots of love and attention from Maggie’s son and seemed very happy on all the pictures she sent. I hope to use her services again next time I am in Palm Desert. I highly recommend her.
Maggie made leaving Maverick my dog seamless. She was very attentive at the drop off. She sent me updates throughout the leave along with pictures and answered my text promptly. I am very grateful to her for taking great care of our baby!!

Schedule
I am home based. I make sure the dogs get their exercise, are fed, feel loved and get play time if needed. I am always smart and cautious about other dogs around and will never let your dog off a leash unless fully fenced and safe. We treat the dogs like family, they know how happy we are that they’re here. For dog walks I am willing to come as early as 5:30am!

The heat-my garage is air-conditioned and on days it’s too hot for the dogs to walk I load them in the car and take them to the big grassy area within my community where I either carry them to the grass or they just have to walk across the sidewalk. My home is very pet friendly. They are welcome on the couch, beds and any cozy furniture. We have travertine floors and they like to cool off on the rock sometimes. I give them dog massages and cuddles often. I can brush them if needed. I make sure their water is clean and clean their bowls. I give the dogs baths as needed. I trust and listen to my strong instincts and put the dog’s health and safety first.
A typical day
Morning snuggles! Walks in the neighborhood. Dog park (if allowed). Treat time. Cuddles, scratches and love is plentiful! Pup cup at Starbucks or puppy patty at In N Out occasionally (if allowed). Relaxation time to balance it all out.
