As a pet sitter, Daily report or communication is essential part for me interacting with pet parents, just like sending video or making video call to pet parents. Letting parents feel good even they are out of town.

Maggie was incredible with Truffle! She truly took her time attending to all of her needs and made me feel completely at ease. I was quite anxious since my cat is 16 years old, and this was the first time I had ever left her with someone she didn’t know. Maggie was so kind, attentive, and caring throughout the entire experience. I felt reassured knowing Truffle was in such good hands. I would absolutely work with Maggie again and again. Maggie and Hung are super detailed and punctual with their visits. They provide a lot of photos and videos during every visit, which makes us really comfortable leaving our cats, Cosmo and Sparrow, at home while we're away. We highly recommend them!
