Hi, I’m Maggie! I’ve had dogs my entire life and can’t imagine a home without them. I have lived on a farm surrounded by dogs, horses, and cats, which gave me years of hands on experience caring for animals of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. After losing my beloved German Shepherd, I began fostering others through rescues. A journey that’s been both healing and incredibly rewarding. It’s deepened my understanding of different temperaments, training needs, and the importance of patience, structure, and gentle consistency. Whether I’m boarding, house sitting, or stopping in for a visit, I focus on creating a calm, loving environment where every pet feels safe and cared for like family. I treat your pets and your home with the same care and respect I’d want for my own.

Maggie is wonderful. This was our second time using Maggie as our dog sitter. She took such good care of our senior dog. Walking her and loving on her, even sending us updates periodically. We will definitely connect her when we need a sitter again.
Maggie was wonderful! She took such great care of our senior Doberman. Our dog enjoyed her walks and personal care in a nice quiet environment. We have already booked our next vacation and our dog will be enjoying her own “vacation “ with Maggie, again!

I ended up reaching out to Maggie for a day of boarding. We were traveling in her area, and I asked if she’d take care of my pup for a few hours while we went out for my birthday dinner. Sadly, we had a last minute emergency and didn’t end up using her services. That being said, she was very kind, communicative, and flexible. I appreciated the interaction immensely, and I would reach out again in a heartbeat if we lived in the area!
Maggie went above and beyond on this last minute booking. I’m so glad I found her- and remembered Rover! My booking had a lot of details and Maggie did not miss a beat. Highly recommend her services for all animals.
Margaret accepted my Cheesey at the last minute. She was fantastic and very flexible. Cheesey had a big day and was well taken care of. Thank you !

I am currently working almost full time. I can spend evenings with your dog. I am usually gone around 6-8 hours a day at most.

I do not have a fenced in yard, but I would only take outside on leash. I have a cat. I can keep the cat separated if needed.

I love keeping dogs both mentally and physically active. We’ll go on walks around the neighborhood, enrichment things if they like tha, and take time to explore new scents and sights. I make sure each dog gets plenty of attention, exercise, and calm downtime so they feel comfortable and balanced throughout the day.
