Dog lover without a dog of my own.
My family has always had dogs. Our last family dog, Roscoe, passed away in spring 2023 at 14. He is featured in my profile picture. I love meeting new dogs and started doing Rover as a way to spend time with doggos while I heal as I am not quite ready to adopt a dog of my own. I mostly work from home and my schedule is flexible. I am ready to handle anything you throw at me.

As a fur momma of 2 (was 3) fur babies, I can’t boast enough about Maggie. Not to mention having dogs with health issues. I have one epileptic dog and (did) have one diabetic dog and Maggie was one of two people I’d ever trust taking care of my dogs. She’s reliable, and present the whole time, sending updates and pictures. Shes allowed for me to feel at ease when I’m away. Most importantly, during situations where an incident, like a seizure, occurred Maggie was prepared, knowledgeable, and eager to help in the best way possible. I also want to mention on multiple occasions while we were away we have had home issue, like our basement flooding. This is obviously not ideal for her, yet she handled it with professionalism and ease. As someone who is always worried about her dog babies/health concerns, I truly couldn’t be more thankful to have found Maggie. Highly recommend!!

Maggie helped me on short notice take care of my dog, Ellie. She kept me in the loop with everything, sending multiple photos daily. I was extremely satisfied with everything and would strongly recommend her babysitting your pets!
Maggie is the best! Our pup loves her and is always excited to stay with her and we know she gets great care.

Programa
I work mostly from home with a flexible work schedule, meaning I can take breaks during the day and make up the time later. I would be happy to walk dogs during the day or stay with your dog for multiple days. I have started going into the office one day a week, for partial days. Please let me know what your dog is used to and I can work around that.

I live in a townhouse in a community with miles and miles of year round walking trails right in my backyard. It is a safe neighborhood with plenty of room to walk dogs. My boyfriend, Alex, does live with me and is a dog lover as well. He has a professional camera and loves to send home any dog that stays with us with a google link to photos he has taken during the stay. He works full time in person, so it will be just me during the work day. In owner’s homes, it will be just me unless you would like Alex to stop by for photos :)

I have a great neighborhood to walk in and miles of year round walking trails at my fingertips. Inside, I have toys and would love to work on learning some new tricks.
