Hi my name is Maggie, I’m 22 years old and am looking for some part-time or even full-time job opportunities while I continue my education! I’m originally from Birmingham, Alabama, went to college In Cleveland, Tennessee at Lee University, and have recently moved to Orange Beach after post-grad. I am a freshly graduated college student as of May 2025. I have obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Science with an emphasis in Health Sciences. Currently, I am enrolled in the “Nutritional Therapy Practitioner” program through the Nutritional Therapy Association. My program is an all online certification that I can do from anywhere, so I have a completely open and free schedule when needed. I believe I am dependable and can meet all of what is expected of me with excellence and integrity, and look forward to getting to know you and your family’s pets!

About Maggie B.
Safety, trust & environment
My family has two dogs, one Shih Tzu named Remi that’s about 4 months old, and a Boykin Spaniel that’s almost 4 years old named Ruger. I take both the dogs potty in the morning and afternoon when they need to be taken out, feed them in the morning and at night, as well as play with them practically all day! Our family is big on being outside so my dogs are used to being in the fenced in backyard, as well as, going on walks in the neighborhood. I am a lover of all animals and believe they deserve the best care and attention I can give them. My family has chickens, dogs, cats, and bunnies, so multiple pets is not a problem for me!
Information Maggie B. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know ahead of time if your dog needs special care or administered medication, and let’s communicate on how you typically care for your dog during those times, so I can make sure your puppy gets the best care!
A typical day
I love to start my day by taking the dogs out for a potty break, followed by breakfast and fresh water. I make sure each dog receives calm, attentive care first thing in the morning so they feel comfortable and secure. Around midday—once I’ve had my coffee and the dogs have finished eating—it’s time for a walk around the neighborhood to soak up some sunshine. I believe this is great for both me and the dogs! After the walk, we head back home for playtime, either indoors or in the backyard, depending on the dog’s energy level. As the early afternoon approaches, I take the dogs out for another potty break and spend time playing fetch or practicing their tricks and good manners before settling back inside. Evenings typically include one more walk, weather permitting, followed by dinner. I end the day by relaxing with the dogs for 30–45 minutes, making sure they feel happy, calm, and comfortable before bedtime.

Pet care experience
Hi my name is Maggie, and I’ve been lightly pet-sitting some family and friend’s pets the past two years and have enjoyed the opportunity to love on their fur babies while also helping out the people I love! I can go on walks, housesit, or just come to let the dogs go potty. I’m here to take care of and love your pets when you can’t. I look forward to meeting your sweet pets!
