Hamsters to Horses, I love them all
I grew up with many animals, from gerbils to parakeets to chickens and horses, assisting with care & training. I've taken 3 of my family dogs through obedience training courses. While working at and eventually managing a pet store, I ran a ferret rehabilitation out of my home, helping them to regain health & good behavior to find their forever home. I've also pet sat for many friends. My furry family consists of an extra large dog and 3 cats, all rescues!

At home, I have a lovely fenced in yard for my dog to run. And lots of trees and toys for the cats to play with. In your home, I would provide care, play, and walks based on your requests.

We can’t recommend Maggi enough! She has been a lifesaver. We’ve had to leave town twice in one month for family emergency and she was available, flexible and professional. Great communication and pets love her visits.
Maggi is absolutely wonderful with all pets. I have seen her care for dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, fish, lizards, horses and other species. She is completely reliable and trustworthy. She has an uncanny understanding for when my dog is in need of nurture & cuddling, structure & guidance, play & entertainment. She has had dog obedience training classes with several dogs and so understands the need for consistency and communicating in a kind and clear manner. All her care is based in love and respect for dogs as a full member of the family. When my pets have been in her care, she puts in the extra effort to make sure they are completely healthy, happy and safe. She will sometimes offer observations and suggestions that I have always found informative and helpful, but never judges my choices. I trust Maggi completely with my pets, my home and my family.

I work part time and seasonal gigs and jobs. This allows me to have open availability and a flexible schedule! I can adjust my routine to meet your needs.
