Nathalia was amazing with Myles. He’s very attached to me but had an instant connection with Nathalia. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to Myles needs. I will definitely be using her for future stays!
She was fantastic! It was a last minute emergency because of my delayed flight coming home, and she came over without having met me or the dogs first- she just took it in stride and put me at ease. She sent photos to show me they were doing well, too. I will definitely call her again!
