Professional Animal Friend
Previous groomer with over 7 years of professional experience with dogs and cats. Will happily love and care for any type of animal friend. Pets I board must be good with kids but drop in pets are ok either way. My best friend Gus crossed the rainbow bridge in December 2025 and while I’m not ready to find another friend yet, I’m ready to help people to ensure their besties are happy and healthy. Outside of boarding and walking, I can do nail trims, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, hair brushing and administer medicine if needed.

Bennett absolutely loved staying with Maelyn! She sent lots of updates and took him for many walks. Bennett seemed very happy and well exercised!

Schedule
I work full time and work remotely periodically. My schedule is pretty flexible so depending on your needs I can be available at a variety of times and days.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced yard and a doggy door. I live in a very walkable neighborhood with lots of options for walking routes. I keep my home tidy so that pets won’t get into anything they shouldn’t.
A typical day
Pets can get great mental stimulation and exercise from a long walk or just playing with toys. I also like to go for hikes and go to the beach. Fetch and tug of war are my go to games with dogs.
