I couldn’t be happier to have Madysen watch my Sophie. She sent me pictures of Sophie. Sophie looked so happy. She went for walks everyday and sat with her. Sophie was sad to see her go.

Madysen was amazing! We were so happy to have her to take care of our puppy while we were out of town for the weekend. Q got lots of walks and she made sure to send pictures every day so we could see him while we were gone! I would 100% book Madysen again to watch our dog!

Madysen was fantastic with my pets while I was away. She was so responsive & communicative. I never had to worry & they were well taken care of! We will definitely use her again in the future!

Madysen sat for Tobey for a few hours to acquaint herself with his routine and demeanor. She did a great job with him and kept us informed by communicating and sending photos via text. Tobey got along great with her and did not show any signs of distress or separation anxiety. We will be using Madysen again in Sept. for a 4-day vacation. We have no qualms about leaving him with her.

I had an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience with this sitter one that no responsible pet owner should ever have to go through. Before the booking, we met in person and I thoroughly explained my dog’s needs. I let her know I’d be out of state teaching and tattooing, with long hours and limited ability to respond. I told her my dog has pancreatitis and must be fed around 9 AM and 5:30 PM (give or take a bit), and that she must be walked afterward. She agreed to all of this without hesitation. She told me she worked evening shifts from 12 PM to 8:30 PM, which I understood to mean she’d be available during the day especially since I said, “Great, you’ll be able to spend the day with her,” and she didn’t correct me. However, once I had already flown to Baltimore, she suddenly said she couldn’t feed my dog at 5:30 PM because she wouldn’t get home until after 9 PM. That would mean my dog would go 12+ hours without food, which is dangerous for her condition. I voiced concern and offered a solution: feed her at 11 AM and again at 9 PM. She agreed, and I believed we had worked things out. That evening, I arrived at a new work location where I discovered there was no Wi-Fi, so I couldn’t access the Rover app. I didn’t get home until 1 AM, and out of courtesy, I waited until the next morning to reach out. I texted her directly and explained that I couldn’t see anything in the Rover app, and to please respond via phone. She ignored my message. Later that day, I was forced to call Rover in a panic only to find out she had canceled the booking through the app, and never had the decency to inform me directly, even after I told her I couldn’t see any Rover messages. Rover told me they had even advised her to contact me and work it out, as it was a very manageable issue. She refused. Then, despite canceling, she kept my house key—which forced the new sitter I hired in an emergency to sit outside for THREE HOURS waiting on her to return it. She initially refused and told the new sitter to come pick it up from her, which is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Worse still, she disabled my in-home cameras, which I rely on for peace of mind and falsely claimed I gave her permission, which I absolutely did not. I now believe she did not even stay the first night, and only turned the cameras off after I saw her packing her bag on camera evidence I’ll be providing to Rover. This situation caused me unnecessary stress and panic. I had to scramble to find a last-minute sitter I’d never met, pay more out of pocket, and spend the rest of my trip worried about my dog’s safety and care. This sitter is not reliable, not honest, and not equipped to handle the responsibility of caring for someone else’s pet. I strongly advise against booking with her. This level of negligence and avoidance is unacceptable on every level. Lastly, her claims are false, and I will be providing proof as the entire conversation has been sent to Rover through email. She tried to manipulate the situation instead of taking ownership and just apologizing.

Madysen gave my fur babies comfort & lots of love as I wasn't able to take them with me on my vacation with my grandson. She monitored Mitzi 's ear as in gets infected easily. She played with them. She even let them sleep with her to prevent any sadness. Dandy got the belly rubs he loves. Rascal the cat even got some attention & neck scratches. I've been approved for return care so they must have behaved well enough... LoL. Thanks bunches Madysen.
