I'm a highly experienced petsitter based in Olympia, Washington! I have 3 wonderful years of housesitting and dog walking/drop in experience, with 50+ completed pet sits to speak of. I am certified in pet cpr and first aid through CPR Seattle, and I am fully insured through PCI (Pet Care Insurance). I form a unique bond with every single animal I work with, and I get to know them patiently, as I would my own pet. I provide entertainment through all of their favorite activities. Be it through fetch, toy time, or extra attention & snuggles, I always attain close friendship with the animals I watch, which in turn creates outstanding levels of satisfaction from pet parents. I also posess an in-depth understanding of canine and feline body language. I especially encourage parents of senior and/or special needs pets to reach out, as I have the most experience working with older furbabies. I also have plenty of experience working with high-energy dogs. If your dog needs daily stimulation, excercise, or extra pee breaks while you are away, I’m very interested in fulfilling those needs! I currently offer Dog Walks, Drop ins, and Housesitting, in the Olympia, Lacey, and Shelton areas. I also offer services to neighboring towns not formally mentioned here. On top of Dog and Cat care, I also have personal experience caring for rodents, birds, reptiles, and fish. I am a former Oh My Dog employee. The business unfortunately had to close down, but I am continuing to offer my services to all clients through Rover.

Safety, trust & environment
When the sit is completed, you will return home to an overjoyed animal, and a spotless home. I ensure to leave no trace of having ever been there to visit your pet. I wash, dry, and put away any dishes that were utilized, ensure that locks remain locked 100% of the time, and clean up any and all spills that occur in my presence. I wash and dry bedsheets and make the bed, and I bring packages and mail into the home regularly as well.

Madisyn was absolutely AMAZING! This was my first time using Rover. We usually boarded our shepherds and had someone look after my old man. We lost one of shepherds suddenly in December so our situation changed. My dogs are my life and my old man is 13 years old and I know I don’t have long left with him. I am very protective over my dogs and knowing I have a senior dog made me so nervous. After I first met Madisyn she put my worries to ease and then continued the whole time we were gone. She went above and beyond what was asked of her. She always communicated and sent pictures. Even though she didn’t know my dogs she treated them like they were her own. It made my heart happy and I am so appreciative and thankful for Madisyn. She was truly a blessing to me and my dogs ❤️❤️❤️
Madisyn is doing a great job of getting to know my reactive dog Roo and taking care of her when I'm away. She's been awesome at going at our speed and we just had a successful drop-in, where she was very communicative and left thorough care notes, which I really appreciate. Would definitely use her services again.
Madisyn was an excellent sitter for our Mochi! She sent several updates and photos throughout the weekend. She stayed at our house for two days, even offering to wash the bedding. She has a Google doc for her clients to fill out, which I loved - made me feel even better leaving our pup in her hands. She will definitely be our sitter in the future! Thanks again Madisyn 😊

Madisyn is really great. She is super organized, asked good questions when meeting the dogs and was very thorough with her sharing about how the dog sit went. My anxiety about leaving my dogs with someone new is completely erased as she was very on top of things. We are definitely looking forward to having her take care of our two dogs again!
We had a good experience with Madisyn! The house was left spotless and communication throughout the stay was great — she sent updates, pictures and was easy to reach. Our one note is that she was out quite late one evening, which we weren't expecting. I'd recommend discussing schedules and expectations upfront, as she is a popular sitter with other jobs. I would still consider booking again, as we discussed that issue and she was very responsive. Thanks, Madisyn!

Schedule
My availability is very flexible. My availability currently ranges from anytime between 6 am and 10 pm, any day of the week. Booking times may slightly vary, but this is my full-time job, so I will almost always be able to fit your needs into my schedule.
