Safety, trust & environment
As I am primarily doing home visits now, as long as what I am told what their potty habits are, their feeding schedules, and any exercise or medication needs they may have, I will be able to make your pet's sitting experience no different than if you were at home with them! In terms of doing meet-and-greets, I usually do a visit no later than a week before the stay is supposed to start, but I will do multiple visits beforehand if asked. It would be helpful for you to suggest dates and times that would work, as I also need to make it work around my work schedule.

We appreciate Madison so much! This was our first time using Rover as well as a pet sitter for our pets. Madison is very professional and was so patient with our frenchie (who is your typical frenchie with allllll the issues!). Both our cat and dog warmed up quickly with Madison and she kept us updated every day with pictures, which I personally love! She kept our home clean throughout her stay and we hope to work with her again in the future for our pet sitting needs!!
I must absolutely RAVE about Madison because she took such amazing care of our pets with incredible, consistent communication! Extra special shout-out because our dog, unfortunately, got sick while under Madison's care, and Madison kept me informed of our dog's behavior, current status, and cleaned up all of the messes so thoroughly! We love her and I HIGHLY recommend her!!!❤️

Madison did a terrific job with my dog. She provided pictures and updates. My dog was happy and content when I returned. Would recommend.
This was our first time booking with Madison and she was awesome with our pup! She was very responsive and updated during the entire stay, pictures/videos as well! Our Charlie boy really loved his stay with Madison, and all the snuggles!
She did a wonderful job with our 2 huskies. They loved her and would definitely use her again. High recommended!

Schedule
My hours at the daycare facility range from 6:50 AM - 12 PM for the morning shift, and from 2 PM - 6 PM in the afternoon. Since summer is coming up, we will be starting to do cleaning shifts after the daycare closes, which ranges from 6 PM - 10 PM and is usually tacked onto the afternoon shift. We also have a pee call shift, but that only ranges from around 9 PM - 10 PM. My work hours can vary, sometimes I'm only scheduled for morning or afternoon, but I can be scheduled for both shifts. We do get a 2 hour break between 12 PM - 2 PM, so at that time I could come by and check on your pet again, depending on what their potty schedule is like.
