Having cared for pets in their homes before, I often have the owner explain their routine and show me where everything is (dog food, leashes, etc). A paper with written instructions is also much appreciated.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Madison made me feel at ease, this is the first time I left Buddy with anyone. Buddy sleeps in bed with me so Madison slept in my bed so Buddy wasn't alone at night. Thank you so much!!!!
