Between 10 years of fostering dogs and assisting with Rover boarding, I’ve worked with a wide range of breeds, temperaments, and energy levels. This background taught me how to read body language, introduce pets safely, and help new or nervous dogs settle comfortably into a routine. My hands-on experience covers everything from puppyhood to the golden years. Having raised and trained my own dog from a puppy, I am very comfortable with early training foundations, structure, and positive reinforcement. I also have extensive experience caring for senior dogs, administering medications, and managing attentive post-surgery recovery care with a gentle, patient approach. I treat every dog with the same dedication, comfort, and safety-first mindset I give my own. You can always count on prompt communication alongside frequent photo and video updates throughout the day, so you have complete peace of mind while you’re away.

On walks, I keep dogs securely leashed and stay alert to our surroundings. In your home, I make sure doors and gates are properly secured, keep anything dangerous out of reach, and treat your living space with complete respect. You can always count on regular photo and video updates so you know both your pets and your home are in dependable hands.

Schedule
Because I work part-time at Fairfield University, I have a ton of flexibility throughout the week. My Fridays through Mondays are completely open for house sitting and extended visits, while my mid-week schedule is easily adaptable for walks and drop-in check-ins. Pet care is a genuine priority in my day rather than something squeezed in. When I am caring for your dog, their daily rhythm for walks, meal times, play sessions, and plenty of cuddle breaks comes first. Your pup will get consistent company, regular potty breaks, and lots of dedicated attention.
