I’ll be teaching in the Fall, so evenings and the weekends are the best time for me to spend with your pets! My schedule at school is 9:30-4:15, but before and after that, I can happily do drop-ins, overnight stays, and walks.

Safety, trust & environment
I have two sweet, playful cats currently and live in an apartment, so it is likely that care will be provided in your house! I often find this is better anyway, as your pet is already comfortable in their home and less likely to feel stress with change. Of course, my home is welcome to your pet if that is preferred. My cats have their own playroom and can be zoned off from the rest of the house if needed.

Information Madison S. would like to know about your pet
Does your pet require special accommodations? Do they have any medications or diabetic needs? Do they have separation anxiety or can they be left alone for a certain period of time?
A typical day
If you have active pets, I’ll take them on a walk or run and let them soak up the sunshine and get their energy out! Or if they’re more on the chill side, we can snuggle in with a blanket and some toys.

Pet care experience
My family has never known a time where we didn’t have pets! When I was five years old, my parents entrusted to me a sweet black kitty for whom I was solely responsible for. Not only did this experience affirm my love for animals, but it also jumpstarted me into a world of responsibility! Since then, we have rescued dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes, happily welcoming “bully” breeds and giving them all the love and care they deserve! I’ve cared for elderly dogs and cats with and without disabilities, as well as those who need certain medications or injections. Further, big breeds do not intimidate me- I love them! Perhaps most importantly, I will love and care for your pet as if it were my own! ❤️

Reviews

I’m not sure what happened this time, but Madison was not the house/dog sitter she was last time. She let me know she arrived and asked a couple questions, but otherwise didn’t provide any updates (over nearly 2 weeks). She also had her boyfriend? stay at the house (seemingly often without her) without asking if that were okay. I can only assume my dog was taken care of, but he wasn’t walked at all, which all other sitters do at least occasionally. And when I got home the house was clearly not taken care of and an absolute mess (much more than would be expected with normal use). It was all very strange. I suggest making expectations clear at the start (which I did not do). Hopefully this was a one-time oddity.

Madison was so great during her stay with Copper! I got regular updates with pictures and videos, and she was so kind, understanding, and flexible. Plus, my house my perfectly in order and clean and when I got back. I would book her again without hesitation!

Madison did great staying with Copper while I was out of town! She sent pictures with updates, responded quickly, and followed our typical schedule to make sure he was well cared for and got plenty of attention. I already booked her again for another overnight stay!

Madison did great with Copper! She practiced his commands and kept him in line on their walk, and even managed to snap a cute pic. I confidently and comfortably hired her for multiple overnight stays later this month.
