I do work full-time but have opportunities where I am free where I am able to let out pets - I also can pop over on lunch breaks if need be (depending on location). I am willing to travel if needed (will depend on distance!)

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced-in, 6 ft fence for when I had my personal dog. He has recently passed away at the age of 15. I keep a close eye on the dogs as I go through their routine and pay close attention to any special details put in by their owners. Being a college student away from home, four-legged friends are my favorite friends, I every client I have, I love them like my own and spoil them exactly how I do to my senior dog at home! I look for opportunities for animals to be properly stimulated (dog parks, walks, adventures to the public - with owners' permission of course!)
Information Madison S. would like to know about your pet
Potential behaviors that could be an issue and if the owner would like me to reinforce how they correct those behaviors. Also any dietary restrictions and anything that I need to be completely aware of! If they need extra stimulation, if the owner feels comfortable with me taking them to a dog park or out and about to burn some energy.
A typical day
When I am able to come to see the dog, the first thing we do is a potty break and play around in the backyard to get some energy out. After that, make sure the pet looks good (body condition score, check for potential cuts, etc) and overall well-being.

Pet care experience
I have been watching dogs for family and friends since I was 15 from small to large dogs. I have worked at veterinary clinics and doggie daycares. Through these opportunities, I have gained lots of experience regarding dog behavior, learning different personalities and personalized needs. I am a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota Crookston with my BS in Animal Science. I am currently working at a veterinary clinic here in the GF area! I have taken care of my friends' pets while they are away or have a hectic schedule and I love them like my own!
Reviews

Madison took great care of our boys while we were out of town for 5 days. She had great communication and sent lots of pictures. Boys were well taken care of, and we came home to a clean house. We will definitely reach out to her again for future needs. Thank you so much!

Very knowledgeable, experienced, and kind hearted. We really appreciate Madison taking care of our pup while we were out of town.

Madi did amazing with our pups! We had to book super last minute and she went above and beyond with them during our time away. She made us feel so at ease being such a long way away from home. ❤️

Madison is reliable and great with our two dogs! She sends pics and loves on them while we are away.
